Antique Regard Ring

This stunning antique ring features a series of precious gemstones which are placed in order to represent the word 'regard' as follows;

Ruby
Emerald
Garnet
Amethyst
Ruby
Diamond

Each gemstone is of an old hand cut rectangular-cushion shape however the first ruby appears to be more oval so this may have been replaced somewhere along it's life, however it blends in nicely. The ring does exhibit wear, the band is also slightly oval in shape (see profile photo) and very pretty engraving it still evident all the way around the band and setting.

No UK Hallmark however tested as 15ct gold.
