All our items are packaged carefully and discreetly. Each of our jewellery pieces comes in a Warrenders gift box or the relevant packaging for our branded goods. If you would like your purchase gift-wrapped please let us know on email@example.com quoting the order reference.
Standard UK Shipping – £8.50
Items will be posted using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service and the tracking information will be sent to you via email at the time of dispatch. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. A signature will be required on delivery. For limited time periods we do offer free UK shipping please refer to the banner and check out area if this is currently active.
During the festive and New Year period, dispatch times will be subject to when both the store and Post Office are open. We will however inform you as soon as your item has shipped.
Click & Collect – Free
Items ordered for collection in store will be ready to collect by arrangement within two working days. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time. Please call the store on 020 8643 4381 when you arrive and we will have the order ready for you. Orders must be collected by the person who placed the order and please bring the following with you:
- The original payment card
- Your confirmation email
- A valid form of photo ID (driving licence, passport, citizen card)
If the above is not presented at the time of collection, we may not be able to supply you with your order.
Online Returns/Exchange Information
If you are not fully satisfied with an item ordered online, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. In order to request a refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the refund has been requested the item must be returned to us within 14 days.
All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in the original presentation packaging along with any paperwork supplied with the items (e.g. watch guarantee card). The items must be unworn, and in their original pristine condition, free of any marks or scratches.
Please note that personalised or altered items are exempt from refund or exchange.
Items can be returned to us in store or via post. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, and we would recommend that items are returned to us using a tracked postage service.
Once we have received your returned item in satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued to the card or payment method used to make the purchase. Any original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
